Our providers are licensed to deliver care only in specific states. We provide services — including telehealth consultations and prescriptions — only to patients who are physically located in a state where our providers hold an active license at the time of the visit.

Telehealth availability

Telehealth services (including weight-management, hormone, and other prescription programs) are currently available to patients located in:

• Florida
• Georgia
• California
• Louisiana
• Michigan
• Montana

If you are not located in a state listed above, we are not able to provide telehealth services to you at this time. State availability may change as our providers add or renew licenses; this page reflects the current list.

Prescriptions and dispensing

Prescriptions are filled by independently licensed pharmacies that are authorized to ship to or dispense in your state. See our Telehealth Informed Consent for how prescribing and dispensing work.
